Humana Dental Insurance Dentist in Stone Oak (North San Antonio)
We are happy to accept multiple Humana dental insurance plans at our Stone Oak Dental Office. As a provider in the Humana Network, we have agreed upon rates for dental services that are lower than our standard rates for procedures.
At the time of this writing, the following plans were accepted – but please call us for the latest details as insurance providers are continually updating their insurance plan offerings:

- Humana Dental Prev Plus
- Humana Dental Simple Choice
- Humana SavingsPlus
Humana Dental Loyalty Plus
This is one of Humana’s premier dental insurance plan and as of the time of this writing, all preventive services are fully covered. This means that Humana will cover the costs of services like exams and cleanings.
Be advised that there is a one-time deductible, and there is a maximum allowable benefit that caps out each year. The nice thing is that the benefit cap increases annually.
Humana Dental Value
This plan features no deductibles or waiting periods to get dental services. Preventive services like x-rays and cleanings are fully covered. There is also no maximum annual benefit limit as is the case with some of the other Humana Dental Insurance Plans.
Humana Dental Preventive Plus
This plan is more focused on preventive measures – and provides free exams and cleanings. The benefits, in general, aren’t as good as what you’ll receive with the HumanaOne Dental Loyalty Plus plan.
Humana Dental Savings Plus Plan
This plan offers some discounts on services, but doesn’t fully cover preventive dental procedures. There are no waiting periods or deductibles with this plan.
Humana Complete Dental Plan
This dental plan offers good discounts on preventive, basic and major dental procedures – but only after the deductible has been met. The deductible compared to other plans with deductibles is relatively low.
